The time my son spent with Margot was life-changing. Margot met with my son to help him with some personal goals and challenges he was having with time management. They truly connected in such a beautiful way. Margot understood him and believed in him. She helped teach him how to advocate for himself, break down the steps that he felt were so overwhelming, and develop habits to achieve his success. She not only helped him develop plans for his specific goals, but she also gave him tools that he could use in the future with new goals on his own. From the start, he found it easy to open up to Margot and felt her to be trustworthy, supportive, and honest with him. She is so insightful and also helped us as parents understand how we can better support him. There is no one else I would feel more comfortable with than Margot and I truly can't recommend her enough.

When I first met Margot she had to explain to me what an Executive Function Coach was since I was unaware of what exactly they did. After learning more about it I realized my son could use just this kind of help and guidance after coming off a very difficult first year in college. Margot not only helped him establish positive behaviors and organize his time but also established goals and expectations for a successful semester. Weekly meetings helped him stay accountable for his actions and break down his assignments into smaller bits so as not to seem overwhelming. Margot is extremely easy to talk to and genuinely cares about her students well being both mentally and academically. I sincerely believe that my son can take these organizational and time management skills he has learned and apply them going forward in his adult life and career.
